Look of the Week

Summer is around the corner and the look of the week illustration above, shows how to do summer in smart style. Look of the Week has been created by a very talented illustrator, Matthew Miller of Sunflowerman, a creative force from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Sunflowerman is a design agency which focuses on men's fashion illustration for business to business work and product design. The Daily Fashion Project saw daily illustrations of well dressed men and recently these were compiled into the Daily Fashion Paperback (find out more here). It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matthew in creating this look. 

I love the brown and cream tones in the look that I styled and which Matthew illustrated. Bottega Veneta's recent collection features some fantastic Summer pieces and this sketch trim cotton polo, available at Matches Fashion is a real highlight. It looks great when teamed with these classic and cinematic style trousers from Brioni. Desert boots are a great Summer shoe and the above are from River Island. Top the look off with a great pair of shades, like these Cutler and Gross square frame tortoise shell sunglasses at Mr Porter.
