The new range from River Island takes a major trend for Spring/ Summer, sports luxe into a new level with a new collection that takes inspiration from the downtown Olympian, who appreciates the finer things in life, on and off the playing field. The campaign features Swedish model Bo Develius, who captures the mood and style of the collection brilliantly.
The fabrications and designs in the new sports luxe range have been influenced from an array of different sports - baseball, basketball and football influences are all clear in the simple, stark and sporty designs.
River Island's new range has hit the nail on the head when it comes to how to do sports luxe well. The pieces in the collection are minimal, cool and urban and on the right side of oversize.
